Talking Data Speaker Series featuring Professor Gary Lilien

Rarely does a founding father of a science visit our shores. Gary L. Lilien, Penn State’s Distinguished Professor, is widely considered one of the founding fathers of marketing science. His prolific contributions to knowledge and practice in marketing have been recognised with the naming of one of the profession’s most prestigious global awards, the Gary Lilien ISMS-MSI Practice Prize.

On Monday, 5 December, 2016 Professor Lilien presented insights on how and when customer analytics helps organisations to outperform competition, at an exclusive breakfast with marketing leaders, co-hosted by the Centre for Business Analytics at Melbourne Business School and Ken Roberts, the CEO of Forethought Research and a two-time Lilien Prize finalist.
