Talking Data Speaker Series featuring Steve Tadelis
Professor Steve Tadelis spoke to a full house of industry leaders, alumni, and Master of Business Analytics students about his research, which mainly focuses on the economics of the internet, causation and correlation.
Dr Tadelis focused on a significant causality problem in the online advertising world. He discussed the design and findings from large scale experiments he led while working at eBay that have been profiled extensively in the media.
Professor Tadelis also provided guidance on what a firm should do to develop effective online advertising strategy.
